Mongolian lamb - seasonal taste

30/03/2026

From Easter to May Day, a special dish of foil-braised Mongolian lamb is available. This delicious dish is offered for a limited time during Easter, all the way up to May Day, from March 31 to May 2.

In Mongolian food culture, lamb is a central part of the diet. In Asia, sheep are raised on vast steppes, where they live freely and enjoy their natural sources of nourishment. In Mongolian cuisine, lamb is often prepared into tasty, spicy dishes in which the meat becomes tender and full of flavor.

In Nogo Toko’s Mongolian-style dish, traditional Mongolian spices are used, such as cumin, ginger, garlic and chili pepper. These spices give the meat depth and a warm, pleasant spiciness that highlights the meat’s natural flavor. Braising in foil ensures that the meat cooks until tender and juicy in its own juices, enhancing its taste.

This Easter special is an excitingly perfect alternative alongside traditional Easter dishes, offering a new taste experience. Come and enjoy Mongolian-style lamb and let the Easter meal take on a new, delicious twist!
